Casting Eligibility – ADULTS ONLY
The website and any casting-related forms are intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old.
Do not submit a casting form, contact information, photographs, identification, or any other personal information if you are not at least 18 years old. Do not submit information for anyone other than yourself.
By submitting a casting form, you represent and warrant that:

ID Photos, Applicant Photos, and Biometric Information
We may collect a copy or image of your identification document to verify your identity, age, eligibility, and casting compliance.
We may collect face and full-body photographs to evaluate casting submissions and confirm that the submission relates to the person applying.
We do not use facial-recognition technology, biometric templates, automated biometric identification, or biometric matching technology to identify applicants through the website or casting form process.
Casting Communications; Calls, Texts, and Direct Messages
If you submit a casting form, you authorize VMG and its casting personnel to contact you about casting opportunities using the contact information you provide, including by email, phone call, text message, or social media direct message.
By providing a phone number, you consent to receive casting-related calls and text messages from VMG or its casting personnel. These communications are not general marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop contacting you by using the contact method included in the communication or by emailing support@vixengroup.com.

If any portion of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the unenforceable portion will be severed to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the prevailing party in any dispute arising from or relating to the website, casting forms, press materials, or this Policy will be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses.
